Terms And Conditions

RATES
 Include unlimited mileage, maps, maintenance, oil & lubrication, VAT and all local taxes, free delivery within city limits and public liability insurances, injures and passengers liability insurances, baby seats on request.

RENTAL
 Minimum rental period is 3 days. For 30 days + please have one our sales excutives call on you to provide further details.

PAYMENT
 Rental charges are payable in advance by cash or credit card. Personal cheques are not accepted. A valid Credit Card must be presented irrespective of payment method for security purposes.

DRIVING LICENCE
 All drivers must be in posession of a valid driving licence and the minimum age is 25. Drivers under 25 must hold a driving licence for at least 3 years. A Special young drivers insurance can be arrenged at a surcharge of £ GBP 5 per day for A150, ZAFIRA & SUZUKI and £ GBP 10 per day for SLK, CLK and E classses.

INSURANCE
 If CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is taken, the excess is £ GBP 300. If CDW is not taken, the renter remains responsible for the full value of the vehicle. CDW Does not cover tryes windscreen and oil sump. Liability can be waived id Additional Damage Waiver (ADW) is taken for £ GBP 3 per day. Excess can be waived for £ GBP 3 per day.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
 May obtain the right to drive the car at an extra cost of £ GBP 2 per day for A150, ZAFIRA & SUZUKI and £ GBP 4 per dayfor SLK ,CLK and E class.

PETROL
 Petrol is not included in the quoted price and must be paid in advance by the renter at the time of the rental. Cars must be returned empty at the end of the rental and there is no refund for any usused petrol.

ONE WAY RENTAL
 Free of charge for rentals greater than 5 days. There is a surchage of £ GBP 15 per rental for periods 5 days or less.

LARNAKA PICK UP
 Free of charge for rentals greater than 10 days , for rentals 10 days or less, Larnaka pick up can be arranged for £ GBP 25 per rental.

TRAFFIC FINES
 All Trafic fines and penalties are clients responsibility.

RENTAL EXTENSION
 Should you wish to extend your rental beyond the arranged date, it is imperative that you visit our nearest office 48 hours in advance so that insuranse coverage is extended and relevant amount of rental is paid. Extensions are subject to cars availability.

LATE RETURNS
 Unless you have arrenged to extend your rental , your car should be returned to the agreed location. If you fail to return the car on time, You will be charged for the delay accordingly.

INSURANCE (CDW)
 £ GBP 5 per day for A150 £ GBP 8 per day for SLK, CLK & E Class. Free insurance on ZAFIRA & SUZUKI .

CANCELLATIONS OR EARLY RETURNS
 No Refunds.

 Please fasten your seat belts and drive on the left hand side of the road. Observe and obey all traffic signs. When going DOWNHILL use the gears instead of breaks. Have a safe trip.
